The landscaping project creates a unique space where the urban environment harmoniously blends with the natural surroundings. The site is located near the Likhoborka River, a tributary of the Yauza. This location connects residents with nature, allowing them to enjoy walks in park areas such as the Timiryazev Academy and the Ostankino Estate Park. The historical context adds depth to the project: Degunino is the oldest settlement in Moscow’s Northern Administrative District, first mentioned in 1336 in the will of Ivan Kalita. Its proximity to the city and natural richness historically made the area attractive for country estates and summer homes, shaping an environment that combines accessible urban infrastructure with the recreational opportunities offered by nature.

The design concept for the landscaping draws upon the area's historical and natural heritage. The master plan’s central motif features the fluid shapes of green "islands" harmoniously integrated into a monochrome paved surface. The courtyard houses a large, colorful, landscaped playground inspired by the underwater world of Lake Ilmen.

Special attention has been paid to the landscaping. It evokes the atmosphere of a traditional Russian country estate, where nature reveals its cozy, fairytale-like charm. One can easily picture stopping by a neighbor’s for tea on a sweltering day, finding refuge in the shade of a blooming front garden. The chosen plants reinforce this concept, creating a shifting palette of foliage colors with the changing seasons and filling the air with the fragrance of a blossoming garden.
Residents of the complex have access to an area featuring a large brunch table—a space for spending time together, hosting gatherings, and enjoying family breakfasts outdoors.
The open public area comprises several key spaces. A quiet relaxation zone offers a cozy setting featuring swings and a large pergola. Adjacent to it lies a sports and play area, designed around themes that reflect the project's overall concept. This space blends active and leisurely pursuits, ranging from a large multi-sport court to table tennis areas.
